Purpose of this program
To upskill women like you, instil confidence in you, and help you get a well deserving job by utilizing the existing skills that you have acquired from years of motherhood experience. The program aims to change viewing returning mothers as unambitious or lacking skills. It seeks to challenge and eliminate the biases that contribute to the Motherhood Penalty, positioning motherhood as an enhancement to your skill set rather than a detriment. By providing targeted support, personalized mentorship, and up-to-date training, you, the returning mothers can bridge the gap in your skills and knowledge. This, in turn, will increase your confidence, competence, and employability, leading to successful reintegration into the workforce.
