Metacognition for Teachers

A guide for teacher to implement metacognitive activities in the classroom by going through the metacognition process themselves.

In this guide, teachers will be introduced to the theories of metacognition and practical ways to integrate these into their lessons. Teachers will undergo a series of metacognitive practices throughout the guide, giving them the perspective from a student. Then they will leverage on their learning to synthesize a lesson plan of their own to integrate metacognition in their own practice.
