Eat, Think, Thrive!

App Prototype

This project seeks to mitigate the pervasive issue of eating disorders among young individuals, many of whom are either uninformed or hesitant to discuss their experiences openly. Through this interactive platform, I aim to foster a deeper understanding of one’s body, helping individuals recognize signals of fullness and promoting a healthy lifestyle. This exploration is grounded in the belief that technology can be a conduit for education and self-awareness, encouraging a proactive approach to well-being and mental health.

Objective

To develop an interactive platform  that aids in the early detection and management of eating disorders by providing peer support and real-time feedback.

Individuals who are at risk of developing or have been diagnosed with eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder.
