THE ZENBITTY SUBSCRIPTION:

  • Kids will get age appropriate K-5 books that build resilience written by team member Allie Carroll, as well as stories in collaborations with children’s book authors.
  • Each book will be accompanied by how the brain and body is working behind the scenes.
  • The common goal of all the stories are to promote primordial prevention.
  • They will be accompanied by activities kids can do with ZenBitty along with thoughtful reflection questions in both closed-ended and open-ended format for the kids and parents.

The most important self-care skill that we can teach our children is how their brains work! It’s absolutely stunning that we have an organ that runs our whole world and yet kids barely learn anything about it.

When kids understand how their brain creates every aspect of living, how it works together with every single part of the body, and how it interacts with people and their physical space, it empowers them for the rest of their lives!

Scientists have learned more about the brain in the last few decades than ever before and this knowledge can help kids become mentally and physically resilient!
